Professionals in Tennis training
Jagadhri Yamunanagar Tennis association (JYTA), was registered in the year of 2016 under the Haryana Registration and Regulation of societies Act 2012 with Department of Industries and Commerce, Haryana, with a clear mission: to leverage the power of sports to promote social impact, foster talent development and champion community engagement. As a progressive organization, we are dedicated for creating platforms where athleticism, inclusivity and sustainability coverage to inspire positive societal change.
The mission of JYTA is to encourage, promote and strengthen the athletic and sports activities of the district and surrounding area’s especially Tennis. We also aim to identify individual talent and arrange coaching classes, coaching camps and if possible, sponsor the same for the competitions of the region.
We, JYTA also organizes various championships, tournaments, competitions, exhibition matches, sports meet etc at local, regional and all India level.

JYTA’s mission is to develop collegiate and professional tennis players, while building well-rounded student-athletes.

Formed under prime leadership of Founder President , Mr. Darshan Lal Garg, Jagadhri Yamunanagar Tennis Association finds it roots way back in the year 1974.
The Association achieved several landmarks but the major break through was achieved in the year 1981 when the Association organized a tournament an International Satellite Tournament. There were participants from around the globe taking the total number of participating foreign players to 32.
Sania Mirza , the modern day Tennis star representing India played her first AITA tournament outside Hyderabad at the age of 10 in the year 1996 in Yamunanagar only.
